  12. Cari Buziak currently lives in Calgary, Alberta, with her husband and two cats.  Her favorite mediums are 
  13. water color, acrylic and her Macintosh.  Idolized artists include Michael Whelan, Jon Muth, and Arthur 
  14. Rackham.

  16. She enjoys reading fantasy novels as well as Irish Celtic mythology and history.  Inspired by both the 
  17. fantasy and Celtic themes she illustrates well known -- and some of the less well known -- myths and 
  18. legends of Ireland's past.  Current and near future works include illuminated pagework for publication, 
  19. handpainted studies of the BOOK OF KELLS, and preparations for conventions nationwide.
